- Grease, mineral oil and solvents may cause damages to normal textile conveyor belts. Even a short exposure to these substances may effect a swelling of the cover rubber.
- Therefore, Huadu offers oil resistant belts. The special rubber compound of the material reduces wear and increases the efficiency of the production.
Description of oil resistant conveyor belt
- The belt is reinforced by multi plies EP/Nylon fabric,andcovered by oil resistant rubber which is mixed by specialdesigned formula and process.
- Oil resistant conveyor belt is used in greasy situation, conveying oily materials such as mineral oil,vegetable oil, animal oil,organic solvent in food processing plants or chemical factories.
Technical date
After the aging test(70C*168h). at cover rubber rate of “tensile strengthat breaking’ and “elongation at breaking “the value change is not over 25% than before.
